In this year, the South Central Railway had sent three to four times a proposal to the Railway Board to Doubling the GNT - SC route.But the proposal was rejected by the Railway Board. And One month back again Doubling Proposal sent to Railway Board. The proposal sents that the DC warehouses, limestone mines and cement factories are available in this route and will certainly generate revenue is compulsory.
The railway board finally agreed to this route Doubling. South Central Railway has asked Telangana and Andhra Pradesh to provide some funding for this NLPD - PGDP Doubling.
But...
more... the two states have told the South Central Railway can't fund it to the Doubling. So, the SCR depends on the dubbing PPP method in this route Doubling.
What the PPP does is that the two states give some of the funds to the private ones instead of giving them some funds.Once the doubling is completed, the private will the funds given to the Doubling and the SCR should again give back the funds to private. The railway and the privateers contract for the Doubling.If the deal is accepted between railways and privateers, they will start Doubling.I hope the railway start Doubling this NLPD - PGDP in a PPP manner.
