Hemant Soren, decided to convene this special session. Former Chief Minister Hemant Soren, arrested in a land scam case, was sent to ED custody for five days by the Ranchi PMLA court. The Election Commission of India has transferred 346 administrative officers in Jharkhand and Bihar in anticipation of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
