The station is a major transportation hub with over 40,000 passengers traveling daily, making the unsecured pathway a significant concern. The railway official, Ravinder Rana, acknowledges the existence of the pathway and states that it will be closed and an investigation will be conducted to determine when and why it was created.

Station pe CCTV cameras bhi bahut samay se kaam nahin kar rahe hain, jisse passengers ki suraksha aur bhi khatre mein hai. Is raste se log aasani se station mein ja sakte hain aur koi bhi rok-tok nahin hai. Is raste se log train mein chadhne ke liye jaate hain. Is raste ko jaldi se band karna chahiye, kyunki yeh station ke liye bahut unsafe hai. Railway ke mukhya jan-sampark adhikari Ravinder Rana ne kaha hai ki unhe is raste ke baare mein pata nahin tha, lekin unhone kaha ki is raste ko jaldi se band kiya jayega aur yeh bhi pata lagaaya jayega ki yeh rasta kab aur kyon banaya gaya.
