2019 and was initially supposed to be returned by March 2022, but the delay in the bus station project resulted in an extension of the lease. Maha-Metro is currently finalizing plans for the Shivajinagar bus station development on a build-operate-transfer (BOT) basis, and the project is expected to be tendered shortly. Meanwhile, Maha-Metro has returned a portion of the Wakdewadi land to the Dairy Development Department.

January 2019 mein lease pe di gayi thi aur March 2022 tak return karna tha, lekin bus station project mein delay ki wajah se lease ko extend kiya gaya. Maha-Metro ab Shivajinagar bus station ke development ke liye build-operate-transfer (BOT) basis pe plan finalize kar raha hai, aur yeh project jaldi hi tender ho jayega. Iske saath hi, Maha-Metro ne Wakdewadi ki land ka ek hissa Dairy Development Department ko return kar diya hai.
