bahut bheed thi aur doors band nahin ho rahe the. Isse almost 20 minutes ki delay hui. Passengers ne Kolkata Metro mein aane waali problems, especially Howrah line pe, jahan bheed badh rahi hai lekin train ki frequency nahin badhi hai, ke baare mein apna gussa nikala. Passengers ne authorities ko is baar-baar aane waali problem ke liye unki inaction ke liye criticize kiya.

To access the app for the first time, users need to log in with their ID and password. After logging in, they need to go to the home page and select their source and destination stations. Further steps will be displayed after selecting the stations.

App ko pehli baar use karne ke liye, users ko apna ID aur password daal kar log in karna hoga. Log in karne ke baad, unhe home page pe jaana hoga aur apna source aur destination station select karna hoga. Stations select karne ke baad aage ke steps dikhaye jayenge.
