Right now Banar have 3 running lines means on 2 lines 2 freights can stand and express can cross on 3rd line.
Now it will have 4 running lines so at one moment 3 freight can stand and 1 express can cross.

RETS survey of By pass line between Salawas and Banad (35 km)
.
if nwr suvey are believed then it will construct a #bypass jodhpur line from salawas to banar for freights .
this could be a dream line which will really reduce congestion in jodhpur railway station . and obviously speed up freights
