Khagaria Samastipur Section is relatively the newest section of ECR & Gauge conversion was done just a year or two back...Wonder what are the Unmanned Level Crossings doing there...????
Because as per the directions of Rly Board tracks which are built after 2009,there wont be any L/C Gates(Manned/Unmanned)...in lieu of that there would be RUB's....if ECR would have followed the directives, then this pathetic incident should've happened...& their CPRO is claiming that due to this accident there is no delay in Train services....But yesterday 12524 NDLS NJP Exp arrived 8 Hrs late much due to this collision only.
