A special train was scheduled to bring Vaishnaw to Devband station at 9:30 AM, but the arrival time was later changed to 3:15 PM due to last-minute changes in his schedule. Local authorities and BJP leaders arrived at the station in anticipation of the visit. However, around 1:30 PM, officials received word that the minister's visit had been cancelled. The reason cited was that Vaishnaw was needed in Delhi to participate in a Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Yatra program with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Vaishnaw ko subah 9:30 AM par Devband station par ek special train se aana tha, par unke schedule mein last-minute changes hone ki wajah se aane ka time 3:15 PM kar diya gaya. Local authorities aur BJP leaders station par pahunch gaye. Par 1:30 PM par pata chala ki Minister ka program cancel ho gaya hai. Reason yeh bataya gaya ki Vaishnaw ko Delhi mein Prime Minister Narendra Modi ke saath Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Yatra program mein shamil hona tha.
