The officer, Gandharv Singh, is a Head Constable at PTS Tigra, and the incident occurred in the Chirwai Naka area of Mahadeji Nagar, falling under the jurisdiction of the Kampu Police Station. The thieves broke into the house and stole ₹40,000 in cash, 15 tolas of gold, and half a kilo of silver jewelry. The theft was discovered when a neighbor, Siyaram Gurjar, noticed the broken locks and informed the officer. The police are currently investigating the case.
