you have done the same mistake again better update the entire TT which will elimnate 6 months halt stations.
This will only change the station from regular to technical and wont be removed from TT.

Halt has been removed after 6 six month experimental halt and reservation has been stopped
So you should have removed the halt rather than putting it in technical halt
and 0 mins cannot be considered for Technical Halt.
