'Eat Right Railway Station' initiative ka purpose hai ki railway stations pe sabhi food vendors, chote vendor kiosks se leke restaurants aur food courts tak, safe cooking aur handling practices follow karein. Stations ko 1 se 5 star tak grade diya jata hai, 5 star rating ka matlab hai ki station safe aur hygienic khana provide karne ke liye guidelines strictly follow kar raha hai. Yeh initiative FSSAI ke 'Eat Right India' campaign ka part hai, jiska aim hai ki desh ka food system improve ho aur har citizen ko sustainable, safe, aur nutritious khana available ho.
