While a train to Lucknow (via Shaktinagar Sिंगरौली) exists, it is not a direct service and poses a significant problem for patients traveling to Lucknow's PGIMS for treatment. The district has limited train options, with one train to Delhi, one to Lucknow (via Shaktinagar Sिंगरौली), six pairs to Tanakpur, eight pairs to Bareilly, and two pairs to Shahjahanpur.

trains chalne lagi, par sirf in dono shaharon ko train services mili. Abhi bas Delhi ke liye ek train chalti hai. Lucknow (Shaktinagar Sिंगरौली se hoti hui) ke liye ek train hai, par direct nahi hai. Isse Lucknow ke PGIMS mein treatment karane jaane wale patients ko bahut pareshani ho rahi hai. District mein train services bahut limited hain, Delhi ke liye ek train, Lucknow ke liye ek train (Shaktinagar Sिंगरौली se hoti hui), Tanakpur ke liye chhe jodi, Bareilly ke liye aath jodi, aur Shahjahanpur ke liye do jodi trains chalti hain.
