The final girder for the priority corridor was recently launched at the Alkapuri station, marking the commencement of civil and interior work. The project is being handled by Rohit Associates Cities & Rails Private Limited. The focus is now on completing the stations at Alkapuri, AIIMS, and DRM Office. With 1368 girders already launched, the metro line is taking shape, stretching 6.22 kilometers from Subhash Nagar to AIIMS. Trial runs have been conducted, and the public eagerly anticipates the commencement of commercial operations.
